根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2022年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2022〕40号）的要求，由中冶检测认证有限公司、厦门路桥工程投资发展有限公司等单位编制的《高强预应力冷滚压螺纹钢筋应用技术规程》，经协会结构焊接专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 2146—2025，自2026年5月1日起施行。
