根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2021年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2021〕11号）的要求，由中国中建设计研究院有限公司、住房和城乡建设部科技与产业化发展中心等单位编制的《城市社区居家适老化改造技术标准》，经协会无障碍环境与养老服务设施专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1042—2022，自2022年8月1日起施行。
