根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2016年第二批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2016〕036号）的要求，由国家林业局竹缠绕复合材料工程技术研究中心和水利部科技推广中心等单位编制的《竹缠绕复合管道工程技术规程》，经本协会管道结构专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 470-2017，自2017年10月1日起施行。
