根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2013年第一批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2013〕057号）的要求，由中国建筑材料工业规划研究院、唐山北极熊建材有限公司等单位编制的《硫铝酸盐水泥基发泡保温板外墙外保温工程技术规程》，经本协会建筑材料分会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为CECS 379：2014，自2014年11月1日起施行。
