各市、县、自治县住房和城乡建设局，三沙市自然资源和规划建设局，洋浦经济开发区规划建设土地局，各建设、设计、施工、监理、质量检测单位，各有关单位：

为提高海南省建筑机电工程的抗震设计与施工水平，做到安全可靠、技术先进、经济合理、维护管理方便，我厅组织有关单位编制了《海南省建筑机电工程抗震技术标准》，并经专家评审通过，现正式发布，编号为DBJ 46-059-2021，自2021年3月1日起实施。
