根据中国工程建设标准化协会建标协字［2008］98号文《关于印发〈2008年第工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划（第二批）〉的通知》的要求，由中国市政工程华北设计研究总院、浙江省德安集团等单位编制的《彗星式纤维滤池工程技术规程》，经本协会城市给水排水委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为CECS 276：2010，自2010年8月1日起施行。
