根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2011年第二批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2011〕111号）的要求，由凌志环保股份有限公司和上海市政工程设计研究总院（集团）有限公司等单位编制的《合建式氧化沟技术规程》，经本协会城市给水排水专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为CECS 367：2014，自2014年7月1日起施行。
