根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2016年第一批工程建设协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2016〕038号）的要求，由中国市政工程东北设计研究总院有限公司、河北建投宝塑管业有限公司等单位编制的《埋地双轴取向聚氯乙烯（PVC-O）给水管道工程技术规程》，经本协会管道结构专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 815-2021，自2021年6月1日起施行。
