根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2023年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2023〕10号）的要求，由黑龙江省鸿盛建筑科学研究院、中国建筑技术集团有限公司等单位编制的《寒地装配式非补温种植日光温室工程技术规程》，经协会村镇人居环境专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1770-2024，自2025年4月1日起施行。
