根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2018年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2018〕015号）的要求，由中国建筑科学研究院有限公司等单位编制的《城市轨道交通结构和环境质量检测评定标准》，经协会城市交通专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1231—2023，自2023年6月1日起施行。
