【适用范围】　 This code is applicable to the design of electrical measuring devices and energy metering devices for newly-built or expanded steam turbine generator power plants and gas turbine power plants where the capacity of a single unit is 25MW and above,hydropower plants(including pumped storage power plants)where the capacity of a single unit is 200kW and above,conventional islands of nuclear power plants,substations at a rated AC voltage of 10kV and above and DC converter stations at a rated DC voltage of 100kV and above.
