根据中国工程建设标准化协会建标协函〔2008〕19号《关于委托编制〈建（构）筑物灾损与病害处理技术规范〉的函》的要求，由北京交通大学和广东金辉华集团有限公司等单位编制的《灾损建（构）筑物处理技术规范》，经本协会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为CECS 269：2010，自2010年11月1日起施行。
