根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2021年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2021〕20号）的要求，由北京睿利特科技集团有限公司、郑州大学综合设计研究院有限公司等单位编制的《低能耗集成装配式多层房屋技术规程》，经本协会绿色建筑与生态城区分会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1256-2023，自2023年6月1日起施行。
