根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2018年第一批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2018〕015号）的要求，由大连理工大学、中际物联科技（深圳）有限公司等单位编制的《结构健康监测系统运行维护与管理标准》，经本协会建筑振动专业委员会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 652-2019，自2020年6月1日起施行。
