【适用范围】　本规程适用于天津市市域范围内城镇和农村污水处理（规模小于等于1000m3/d）、污水处理厂出水深度净化、景观水体旁路处理、雨水径流污染处理等新建、扩建和改建人工湿地工程的设计、施工、验收、运行维护和管理，其它类似性质的污水采用人工湿地工艺净化时可参照本规程执行。
