根据中国工程建设标准化协会《关于印发〈2021年第二批协会标准制订、修订计划〉的通知》（建标协字〔2021〕20号）的要求，由中国建筑设计研究院有限公司、天津大学等单位编制的《西北村镇地热能供暖利用技术导则》，经协会绿色建筑与生态城区分会组织审查，现批准发布，编号为T/CECS 1412—2023，自2024年2月1日起施行。
